A 100% Kona coffee from Uluwehi Farms in Holualoa, Kona, Hawaii, grown at 1900ft elevation. The farm is planted with Red Bourbon and SL34 varieties. Processed using the Champagne Natural method: whole cherries fermented underwater with selected yeast strains. Tasting notes include chardonnay and brown sugar in the aroma, with apricot, white grape and cane sugar in the cup. Sweet and rounded with a complex finish. Harvested September 2022.
