This single-origin coffee comes from Ka'ū Sunshine Farm in Wood Valley, Ka'ū district on the Big Island of Hawai'i. Grown at 670-762m elevation, the coffee undergoes a unique Pink Honey process: anaerobic fermentation of whole cherries followed by honey processing with mucilage on the parchment. The cup is complex and juicy with notes of strawberry, lime, watermelon candy, and rambutan.
