Summary

Ka'ū Wood Valley Peaberry is a single-origin Hawaiian coffee from the Ka'ū Sunshine Farm, a 20-acre farm in Wood Valley, Ka'ū district on the Big Island of Hawaii. The coffee is processed using the washed method: cherries are pulped, fermented overnight, and dried on raised screens inside a drying building. Peaberries are rounded single seeds that make up only 3-10% of the harvest and are known for roasting evenly and displaying higher acidity. The cup profile is lively and full-bodied with crisp citrusy acidity and flavors of honey, baking spices, and molasses.
