Ka'u Pink Honey
Summary
Ka'u Pink Honey from Miranda Farms is a specialty coffee grown in the Ka'u region of Hawaii, USA. Produced from Red Catuai trees at 2100ft elevation near South Point. The coffee undergoes a proprietary Pink Honey process: fermentation in cherries first, then drying with fruit attached to parchment (honey processing) using selected yeast strains to enhance floral and tropical fruit character. Flavour profile features sweetly floral aromas of rose and lychee, crisp acidity, caramel-like sweetness, with hints of mango and orange. Recommended for pour-over brewing methods like Hario V60 or Kalita Wave.
