A rare Geisha coffee from Miranda Farms in the Ka‘ū district of Hawai‘i Island. Grown on the southern slopes of Mauna Loa at high elevation in volcanic soils. Processed using champagne yeast fermentation (Champagne Natural). Light roasted. Features notes of jasmine, citrus blossom, passionfruit, honeycomb, cocoa nib, concord grape, lychee, and star jasmine. Scored 96 points by Coffee Review (September 2025) and placed 2nd at the Hawai‘i Coffee Association 2025 competition.
