This coffee is a Rume Sudan variety grown in Jamaica's Blue Mountains, produced by Coffea Diversa (Gonzalo Hernandez) in partnership with the Sharp Family of Clifton Mount Estate. The Rume Sudan variety was originally collected in 1942 from the highlands of Southwest Ethiopia and South Sudan. It offers a bright, silky cup with notes of lime zest, ginger, caramel, and a milk chocolate finish. Extremely limited availability.
