A Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee from Clifton Mount farm, located on the eastern slope of Catherine's Peak at 1300m elevation. Operated by the Sharp Brothers, this farm is the only Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee farm in Jamaica. The coffee is from the Classic Typica variety, processed using traditional fermentation (washed method). Tasting notes include hazelnut, chocolate, cedar, and toast, with a mild, sweet profile and soft acidity.
