The lot consists of Typica and Caturra varieties. Processed using anaerobic washed (yeast fermentation) method. Tasting notes include raspberry, cherry, molasses, winey character, with hints of orange, lavender, and chocolate in the finish. The 2020 harvest received 96 points from Coffee Review.
