This special release coffee comes from the highlands of Sri Lanka's Kotmale Valley, where producer Soul Coffee Collective works with over 300 smallholder farming families. The S 09 Arabica variety, processed using a carefully managed 72-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, delivers a rich and complex cup with vibrant orange, sweet cacao, and a finish reminiscent of dried plums.
