Summary

A single origin coffee from Timor-Leste, located in the Indonesian archipelago. The beans are grown under a shady tropical forest canopy and processed using the washed method, where the outer fruit of the coffee cherry is removed prior to drying. This results in a fruity yet refined cup with pleasant hints of lime and grapefruit, a floral note, and a gently sweet cacao-leaning aftertaste.
