Processed using a unique super natural anaerobic method where fresh coffee cherries are sealed in carbon fiber drums for several days to ferment. Light roasted. Flavor notes include floral, blueberry, and citrus. Awarded a Bronze Medal from the Global Coffee Association in the experimental processing category. Packaged as 10 single-serve Monk-Shot capsules.
