A single origin coffee from Uganda, grown on the slopes of Mt. Elgon and the Rwenzori mountain range (Mountains of the Moon). Processed by Kyagalanyi using the washed method. Farmers are smallholders with around 1 hectare of land, using share farming approaches. The coffee is floated, pulped, fermented overnight, washed, graded, and dried on raised beds in polytunnels for around 15 days. Tasting notes include dark chocolate and cinnamon. Medium roast.
