A single origin coffee from the Oromia region of Ethiopia, produced by a cooperative of 350 smallholder farmers. Grown at 2,100–2,300 meters above sea level, this coffee features the rare Wush Wush varietal. Processed using an extended 120-hour dry anaerobic fermentation followed by 18–21 days of drying on raised beds. It offers tasting notes of white peach, watermelon, and cotton candy with a light roast. Scored 90 points.
