SHOGEN is a seasonal blend from LiLo Coffee Roasters, combining coffees from Kenya (Embu Gakui), Honduras, and Colombia (Narino). Roasted to a medium level, it features a balance of sweet mandarin orange, refreshing plum and nectarine acidity, and a rich honey-like sweetness with herbal notes. Recommended for espresso, V60, AeroPress, and American Press.
