This medium roast combines coffees from the Dominican Republic (Alfred Diaz, natural), China's Yunnan region (SILANJIA, triple fermentation natural), Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Idido, washed), and Ethiopia Guji (Shakiso, natural). It offers soft cassis and blueberry flavors, hints of ginger and cranberry tartness, a faint lemon note, and a sweet grape juice aftertaste. Recommended for espresso, V60, AeroPress, American Press, and cold brew.
