A Geisha variety coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Jhoan Vergara at the Peñas Blancas processing station in Acevedo. Grown at 1650-1800m altitude and processed using a Fermented Washed method (multi-fermentation with aerobic, must, and anaerobic stages plus thermal shock treatment). Light roasted. Flavour notes include bergamot, white peach, mandarin orange, muscat juice, and soda.
