Ethiopian coffee from the Chire Washing Station in Aroresa, Sidama, produced by Niguse Gemeda and local smallholders. This light roast is processed using the washed method: fully ripe cherries are depulped and fermented for 24-72 hours to remove mucilage, then dried with repeated stirring. Varieties include 74112 and heirloom. Tasting notes include elderflower, lemon, grapefruit, syrupy sweetness, and a honey-like finish.
