KISSA BLEND is a blend inspired by the classic Japanese kissaten (coffeehouse) style, created by LiLo Coffee Roasters. It uses Ethiopian beans with two different roast profiles, offering an elegant floral aroma with rich jam-like sweetness. Cupping notes include gentle flavors of grape and blackcurrant, sweetness reminiscent of cranberries and blueberries, a velvety texture of raw honey, maple syrup sweetness, and a lingering aroma of toasted walnuts. It serves as the base for espresso drinks at LiLo Coffee Kissa.
