This Geisha lot comes from Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, produced at the Peñas Blancas processing station by Jhoan Vergara and local farmers. The coffee is processed with a Fermented Washed method combining aerobic, must, and anaerobic fermentation stages plus a thermal shock, then dried to 11% moisture. It offers elegant notes of bergamot, white peach, mandarin orange, muscat juice, and a soda-like finish. Grown at 1650-1800 meters above sea level.
