A light roast coffee from Finca El Socorro in Guatemala, produced by Juan Diego de la Cerda. The Laurina variety is a rare Bourbon mutation with naturally about half the caffeine of most Coffea arabica. Processed using the washed method. Flavor profile includes aromas of hazelnut creme, mandarin, and sweet basil, with notes of pear, lemon thyme, and caramel joined by mandarin acidity and a hint of cinnamon in the finish. Grown at 1,798-1,890 meters above sea level.
