Intelligentsia's Choice is a monthly rotating subscription that sends a different single origin coffee every month, allowing customers to taste the best each season has to offer. The coffee has a Comforting roast level with flavor notes of fig, raspberry, and blood orange. Available as whole bean in 10 oz or 5 lb packages. The recommended brewing method is pour over using a 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio.
