Intelligentsia Classics is a monthly rotating subscription coffee blend from Intelligentsia Coffee. It features flavor notes of dark chocolate, cherry, and raisin with a traditional roast level. This blend is recommended for pour over or automatic drip brewing methods. Available as whole bean in 12 oz (340g) or 5 lb sizes.

- 2.Weigh Coffee 1g of coffee per 18g of water
- 3.Drop in filter. Add filter to equipment
- 4.Grind coffee and add to filter
- 5.Add water to machine reservoir
- 6.Remove filter
