Summary

A single-origin coffee from Finca Villaure in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by Jenner Villatoro. The beans undergo a unique co-fermentation process where whole cherries are soaked with organic orange juice and orange peel, then fermented in GrainPro bags before being washed and dried on raised beds. The brew offers floral notes of honeysuckle and rosemary with citric and caramelized sugar base notes. Available as a single-serve pour-over pouch.
