Guatemala La Colina Washed

Summary

Guatemala La Colina is a washed coffee produced by Antonio Medina, a third generation producer on the La Colina farm in Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Antonio gradually expanded coffee growing on the farm and built his own processing facility to focus on quality over quantity; about a quarter of the farm is in coffee production while the rest remains certified native forest. The coffee is of the Caturra variety, grown at 1700 masl, and washed processed. Flavour notes include almond, milk chocolate and orange. It is roasted with an espresso profile and available in 250g and 1000g packages.
