A specialty coffee from Brazil, grown on the Sertaio Estate at 1200m in the Montiqueira Mountains of Minas Gerais. The coffee is pulped natural processed: cherries are washed, pulped, sun-dried to semi-dry, then finished in mechanical driers and rested for 30 days. It placed 2nd in the 2005 Cup of Excellence. Flavour profile includes honey and roasted peanut notes with excellent body and low acidity.
