Sl-09 Washed
Summary
This SL-09 washed coffee from Peru is produced by brothers Saulo and Ronald Ibias Casa at Finca Tres Cedros, located in Inkawasi, La Convencion, Cusco at 2,050-2,250 MASL. SL-09, locally known as Inca Gesha, is a rare variety with shared genetic heritage with East African selections. The processing involved an eight-hour fermentation in cherry, followed by pulping and 48 hours fermenting in mucilage, then 12 days drying on raised African beds. The cup profile features layered sweet fruit quality with complex floral aromatics.
