Tokyo Kissa is Blue Bottle Coffee's darkest blend, inspired by traditional Japanese kissatens (coffeehouses). It combines organic Latin American coffee with a washed Ethiopian component, resulting in complex layers with a smooth, heavy body and sweet, smoky flavor. Flavour notes include bittersweet cocoa, toasted marshmallow, and vanilla. This whole bean coffee is a dark roast designed for pour-over and nel drip brewing methods.
