Summary
A blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee with a unique and balanced taste. The intense and aromatic body of Brazilian and Ethiopian beans is rounded out by components of the finest Indian Robusta. It leaves a persistent and slightly spiced aftertaste with hints of bitter cocoa. Composition: 30% Robusta (Robusta Parchment Kaapi Royale AB) and 70% Arabica (Brazil Florada, Colombia Supremo, Ethiopia Sidamo). Cup profile: bitter cocoa, cardamom, spices. Recommended for espresso and moka extraction.
