A single-origin coffee from Peru, grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Cajamarca working with Cooperativa Agraria Frontera San Ignacio. The coffee is cultivated between 1,350-1,890 masl near the Santuario Nacional Tabaconas Namballe. Part of the Los Amigos del Oso (Friends of the Bear) conservation project using organic farming methods. Washed processed. Offers a clean, balanced cup with notes of stone fruit, apple, caramel, and citrus, with a gentle caramel sweetness, smooth body, and bright but approachable acidity.
