Grown at 1,700 meters above sea level, this farm dedicates 20 hectares to organic coffee production. The coffee is of the rare Maragogype variety (also known as elephant bean), producing extra-large cherries with a distinct flavor profile. Tasting notes include toffee, red apple, and tangerine, with a light roast suitable for filter brewing methods such as pourover, Chemex, drip coffee, and French press.
