Grown in the Cajamarca region, Jaén district, El Palto area at 1800 meters altitude. The coffee is naturally processed with a slow 30-35 day drying period on African raised beds. Varieties are Catuai and Caturra. Flavour profile includes pear tart, marmalade, cherry compote, and chocolate with bright cherry acidity and a mild chocolate undertone.
