A single origin coffee from Guatemala produced by CODECH (Coordinator of Organizations for the Development of Concepcion Huista), a cooperative located in Concepcion Huista, Huehuetenango. Grown at altitudes between 1400 and 2200 MASL, the coffee is composed of Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype, and Pache varieties. Processed using the washed method and roasted to a light-medium level. The cup offers aromas of plum, berry, and cola with flavors of Concord grape, blackberry, pecan, and chocolate, complemented by blueberry and banana acidity, a juicy coating body, and a finish of plum, lime, and root beer.
