This coffee from the La Perla brand comes from the Café Mujer women's initiative of the Norcafé cooperative in the Amazonas province, Peru. Grown by ten female producers at over 1800 meters, it is washed processed. The cup offers notes of vanilla pastry, gingerbread, flower meadow, citrus fruits, amaretto, and milk chocolate, with a fruity, buttery, and citric finish. It is optimized for modern espresso preparation, but also works well in a French press or screw-top pot.
