A fruit-forward coffee from producer Marilyn Laucata, grown on her four-hectare farm Finca Agua Dulce in the La Convención province of Peru's Cusco region. Over 50% of the farm is dedicated to organic production of Bourbon and Caturra varieties. The cup offers dried blueberry and delicate florals on the nose, with flavors of red apple, vanilla wafer, cocoa, and a honeyed almond sweetness that lingers as the coffee cools.
