Single-origin specialty coffee from the Simbu region of Papua New Guinea, produced by Paradise Mountains PSC. Grown at 1600–1850 masl in the Eastern Highlands. Made from Typica and Bourbon varieties and washed processed, it offers a pronounced grape flavour balanced by the sweetness of milk chocolate and cocoa, resulting in a rich, balanced cup with a smooth texture.
