Summary

Hawaiian Coffee (Ka`u) from the Ka'u region on the south coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Grown at approximately 1500 feet (457m) elevation on the slopes of the Kilauea volcano in rich volcanic soil. Only ripe red cherries are hand-picked and the parchment is sun-dried. This single origin coffee offers a fine body, mild acidity, and a sweet chocolatey aftertaste with a mild, smooth taste.
