Summary

Sipacapa is a single-origin coffee from the San Marcos region of Guatemala, produced by the Asociación de Caficultores y Agricultores de Sipacapa (ACAS), a group founded in 2009 to promote coffee as a sustainable alternative to mining. The coffee is organically grown at elevations of 1,640–2,150 meters and is comprised of Caturra and Bourbon varieties. It undergoes washed processing. The flavor profile features notes of apple, simple syrup, and cocoa with a juicy mouthfeel. It is a light roast coffee.
