Summary
Incahuasi is a single-origin coffee from the Incahuasi Valley in Cusco, Peru, produced by the CAC Valle de Incahuasi cooperative. The coffee is grown at elevations of 1,600 to 2,440 meters and is washed processed. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, and Paché. It features tasting notes of golden raisin, almond, and caramel with a light roast level. The cooperative brings together nearly a dozen communities and has invested in centralized wet mills, drying infrastructure, and quality control.
