Summary

Finca El Puente is a farm in the Marcala region of Honduras, owned by fourth-generation coffee farmer Marysabel Caballero and her husband Moisés Herrera. This single-variety lot features the Gesha variety, which they were the first to cultivate in Honduras. The coffee is washed processed, grown at 1,500–1,680 meters elevation, and offers a flavour profile of floral aromatics, crisp green apple brightness, and smooth chocolate sweetness. Harvested January–March 2025.
