ChuCho Blend is a seasonal blend of coffees from Central and South America. It combines 60% naturally processed coffee from Marcio Carvalho's Rancho Sao Benedito in Mantiqueira, Brazil (Yellow Bourbon, Catuai, Catucai varieties) with 40% washed coffee from the Los Amigos growers of Co-op Frontera in San Ignacio, Peru. Grown at 1500-1900 MASL. Flavour profile features full-bodied chocolate, red berry and citrus notes with good sweetness and mellow acidity. Suitable for all brew methods including espresso and filter.
