A specialty 100% Arabica coffee from the Abadatezuka Cooperative in Rwanda's Western Province. Grown at elevations up to 2,200 meters, the coffee is washed processed and medium roasted. Coffee cherries are delivered to the Cyato washing station from surrounding areas including Kivoga, Kageyo, Rusumo, Gatare, and Nsinduka. The coffee is grown near Nyungwe forest where native honeybees contribute to its unique profile through bee-assisted pollination, combined with fertile black humus and sandy soil and the cooling influence of nearby Lake Kivu. No synthetic inputs are used. Packaged as single-serve pour-over filter coffee bags.
