BOB Coffee Lab is a Bucharest roaster with a serious design streak — the whole thing started in a converted interwar villa and has stayed proudly aesthetics-driven and restless ever since ('doesn't stay the same day to day'). Since 2017 they've sourced beans from across the map, Panama to Indonesia, and roast them to genuinely world-class profiles with no interest in compromise.
